Hearing Aid Accessories

Improve the Functionality of Your Hearing Aid

Accessories are optional devices such as remote controls, companion and table microphones, and wireless audio transmitting devices for your TV. These accessories can complement your hearing aids to help you hear more effectively. They can improve your listening experiences by allowing you to hear in group meetings and connect to audio sources like televisions, telephones, computers, tablets, etc…without the need of wires or cords.

Roger™

Phonak’s ROGER is a portfolio of state-of-the-art wireless microphones that are designed to boost the performance of hearing aids and bridge the understanding gap.

Roger microphones function by picking up the voice of a speaker and wirelessly transmitting it to the listener while reducing background noise.

Roger technology continuously measures the surrounding noise level and adapts the microphone’s volume automatically. If the noise level increases, Roger adapts accordingly, keeping the speaker´s voice above the background noise. Hearing aid users understand almost 10 times better with Roger technology in noise and over distance than people with normal hearing.*
