• All sales of custom earmolds or earplugs are final.
• All custom earplugs come with a 60-day remake policy for discomfort or fit issues.
• For Ultimate Ears products, , all remake and fit issues need to be addressed directly with Ultimate Ears.
• All Hearing aids all come with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. This will be provided in writing at the time of the purchase in office with our staff.

Mt Hood Hearing will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
